Bella Avora is a South Yorkshire business built around three things: tanning, wellness and weight management — and one rule about how we talk about them.
The rule
Say what it does. Say what it doesn't.
This industry has a habit of promising things it cannot deliver, and of quietly leaving out the parts that matter. We would rather lose a sale than make a claim we cannot stand behind.
That shows up in small ways throughout this site. The tanning pages tell you a sunless tan gives you no meaningful sun protection. The skincare pages tell you the clinical evidence for copper peptides is real but modest. The weight management pages tell you the medicine is the easy part, and that what you do with the window it opens is what decides whether the result holds.
Weight management, done through the proper route
Prescription weight-management medicines are prescription-only for good reason. Ours are prescribed by a registered independent prescriber after a full consultation, and dispensed by a registered pharmacy. There is no way to add them to a basket, and there should not be.
If you have been offered these medicines online without a consultation, by someone who cannot name their prescriber or their pharmacy, that is not a bargain. It is an unregulated supply chain, and you have no idea what is in the box.
Where we work
We are based in South Yorkshire and serve Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster and Barnsley, along with the towns and villages around them. Orders are posted across the county and beyond, or collected locally — the collection address is given once your order is confirmed.
